About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Customer Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store during the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation, including maintaining a well-presented store environment and supporting daily operational activities.
  • Help to drive sales and achieve sales targets by providing a positive and engaging customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best at all times.
