Compass Associates is collaborating with a leading private healthcare provider to find a Clinical Psychologist for a specialized neuro rehab role. This position offers a unique opportunity to join the Senior Management Team and play a key decision-making role, while managing a caseload and an Assistant Psychologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients with neurological conditions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage and supervise an Assistant Psychologist
- Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working in neurological settings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £80,000 and £85,000
