Customer Experience Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team at Rightmove. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing workloads, monitoring service levels, and ensuring the team has the resources to meet targets.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, recurring issues, and inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to ensure the team meets service KPIs, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for team members, recognizing excellence and addressing performance challenges to foster growth.
- Manage escalations and empower your team to handle complex issues confidently, reducing repeat concerns and improving customer satisfaction.
