* Take ownership of design across the company, from core application to website and marketing collateral

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
* Proven track record of success in a startup environment
* Extensive experience in product design, from discovery to market launch
* Proficient in Figma, JIRA, HTML, JSS, and Agile methods
* Strong leadership and communication skills
