About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Product Designer to join our team at Sofarsogood. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centric design solutions for our ecommerce platforms.

Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining a robust design system and asset libraries that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across products and teams. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Support Product team in conducting concept and usability testing sessions with clients and prospects.
  • Be bold and creative in solving UX problems.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and other stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or Product Designer within a similar role with focus on building platforms and applications.
  • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Miro, Figma, Adobe XD or similar.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve existing features within a user-centred design process.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation, analytics platforms and collaboration with data science teams.
