We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance, a leading manufacturer of lighting solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Area Sales Managers and driving sales growth across the South of England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow the presence of our lighting solutions in the electrical wholesale market
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Coach and support sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the electrical wholesale sector
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in managing a field sales team in the electrical sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of electrical/lighting products and the electrical wholesale market
- Ability to travel 4 days a week across the South of England and Wales
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of £55-65k d.o.e
- Bonus of up to £20k p.a
- Company allowance of £6500 p.a
