Job Opportunity: ESG Sustainability Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

At Timely Recruit Ltd, we are seeking an ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our team of experts in the field of environmental, social, and governance consulting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to assess and document their ESG aspects, mapping their journey to net-zero and sustainability excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with senior management to evaluate and improve ESG performance, developing comprehensive carbon reduction plans and sustainability frameworks.
  • Prepare impactful ESG reports that communicate progress and strategies to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to calculate carbon footprints, guide them on offsetting, and develop tailored sustainability strategies.
  • Evaluate ESG performance and provide recommendations to achieve net-zero and ESG targets, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in environmental, social, or governance aspects within the sustainability field, with a proven track record in a consultancy business.
  • Excellent report writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Proactive and driven, with a focus on achieving sustainability goals and reducing carbon emissions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
