We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Services Director to join our team at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa in King's Lynn, Norfolk. This is a permanent position to work full time hours, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of cleanliness and presentation. They will work closely with the Front of House team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar and restaurant areas, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of customer service.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the resort's facilities and grounds.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with the Front of House team to ensure motivation and training needs are met.
- Assist with stock rotation and ordering, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Take and serve food and drink orders, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
- A driving license and ability to drive is an advantage.
