JBA Consulting is dedicated to assisting Risk Management Authorities in navigating environmental challenges throughout the UK. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme, Strategic Flood Risk Assessments, Property Flood Resilience evaluations, and Local Flood Risk Management Strategies.

The successful applicant will be instrumental in advancing environmental management and resilience services, overseeing projects and a talented team.

Location:

This role is based at our main office. JBA promotes flexible working arrangements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential qualifications for the position:

Degree in environmental or physical sciences

Chartered status (ICE, CIWEM) or a commitment to achieve it

Excellent communication abilities

Knowledge of local environmental management practices

Skilled in report writing and time management

Core competencies:

  • Producing high-quality reports
  • Managing environmental initiatives
  • Understanding local environmental regulations
