The West Group is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the H&S workload and provide an escalation point for issue resolution.
- Lead by example and promote a positive and motivating team environment.
- Oversee H&S processes and procedures, training, and auditing for the West Group of Companies.
- Be aware of and adhere to relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
