Job Title: QSHE Advisor

Location: Waterlooville

Hours: Part-Time, 25hrs per week, Flexible Hours/days

Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE pro rata) + Benefits

The Role

Actemium Automation is seeking a dedicated QSHE Advisor on a part-time basis to support the company's safety needs across the business units within the UK.

You will provide efficient, timely, and responsive QSHE advisory support to the business, contributing to the development and maintenance of our QSHE systems and procedures.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance on environmental sustainability to meet targets and drive towards net zero objectives.
  • Conduct reviews of contractor documentation, and deliver safety meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Ensure delivery of legislative compliance and promotion of continuous improvement of safety performance.
  • Produce timely and efficient reports/information to managers, conducting monthly H&S & Quarterly Environment reporting.
The Person
  • Working knowledge of ISO Standards 9001, 45001 & 14001, competent internal auditor.
  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice or NEBOSH certificate & Tech IOSH.
  • Excellent communication skills, good in both written & oral skills to deliver reports to the business and customers.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training material in an engaging and effective manner.
