Senior Lecturer (Chartered Forensic Psychologist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer (Chartered Forensic Psychologist) to join our team at Canterbury Christ Church University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in forensic psychology and relevant teaching experience.

About the Role

The Senior Lecturer (Chartered Forensic Psychologist) will be responsible for teaching and supervising students on our BPS accredited MSc Forensic and Investigative Psychology course. The role will also involve contributing to the development of new courses and programs, as well as engaging in scholarly and research activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and supervise students on the MSc Forensic and Investigative Psychology course
  • Contribute to the development of new courses and programs
  • Engage in scholarly and research activity
  • Participate in departmental and university-wide initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BPS Chartered Forensic Psychologist qualification, relevant teaching experience, and a strong background in forensic psychology. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
