- Must hold a valid in-date driving license with no more than 6 points
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be Gas Safe registered
- ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1
- Must be able to provide LTD company documents prior to setup
- Must exhibit knowledge of procedures and safety measures
