Electrical Project Manager

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their Generation Team. This team spearheads the development, design, and installation of renewable energy projects, including solar farms, wind farms, gas plants, and battery storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage generation projects from initial concept to final design and construction.
  • Contribute to financial modelling, due diligence, and developing technical specifications for project construction.
  • Liaise with DNOs (Distribution Network Operators) and National Grid to ensure compliance with electrical or gas connection agreements.
  • Act as a technical interface with ICP (Independent Connection Providers) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure (transformers, cables, switchgear).
  • Full UK driving license.
