Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Department: Housekeeping

Reports to: Executive Housekeeper

Salary: £35,160

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the housekeeping operation, driving quality through support, development, and training of guest servicing agents and HOH porters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for showcasing our rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Ensure the seamless running of the housekeeping department, working closely with the housekeeping leadership team.
  • Provide support and supervision for all areas and colleagues within the housekeeping and laundry team.
  • Drive quality through high attention to detail and seeking every opportunity to enhance and personalize the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • The ability to prioritize and organize, meeting deadlines with quality results.
  • A warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others.
  • Able to work under pressure and at high speed.
  • Physically fit, frequently reaching, standing, and walking.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and able to adapt to changes.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
  • Hands-on approach and fully flexible at work.
