About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Engagement Officer to join our team at NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective community engagement strategies to improve population health and healthcare outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interests and drivers in the local healthcare system and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions and programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to improve population health and healthcare outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions and programmes.
  • Provide expert advice on engagement and involvement methodologies to support the development of effective engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the communications and engagement team to deliver joined-up communications and engagement strategies.
  • Manage public consultations and engagement events to ensure that the voice of patients and residents is heard.
Requirements
  • Experience of developing and implementing effective community engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the interests and drivers in the local healthcare system.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions and programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
