International Account Manager for Telephone Services

Location: Remote

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + £7,500 OTE

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee a specified portfolio of accounts on a daily basis, aiming to meet activity, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives. Success in this role will be achieved by identifying sales prospects, delivering outstanding service, and demonstrating value to enhance the retention of current expenditures. A minor portion of the role will involve promoting our international offerings to incoming inquiries, along with potential outbound outreach to fulfill business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate proactive communication with international clients to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Invest time in comprehending their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Identify training needs to bolster the relationship and deliver appropriate training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret client data to illustrate the value of our offerings and return on investment.
  • Leverage internal resources and data to enhance our value proposition.
  • Present company products and new initiatives to clients.
  • Manage objections and propose alternative solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, present tailored advertising solutions, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in relevant databases and systems.
