Compliance Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Reporting Analyst to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will oversee and facilitate various essential duties and results associated with regulatory reporting, capital oversight, compliance returns, and reinsurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in the regulatory reporting framework
  • Oversee and report on capital adequacy, liquidity, and allocated assets
  • Generate compliance returns and executive reports
  • Coordinate reinsurance strategies
  • Enhance operational processes and systems
  • Engage with critical departments such as Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Finance, and Information Technology

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance and/or reinsurance landscape
  • Familiarity with insurance accounting and reporting regulations
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively
