Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, well-being, and a sense of community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and medication administration.
  • Assist residents in engaging in meaningful activities and social interactions.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
