Role Responsibilities:
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in the comprehensive assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting patient visits lasting a minimum of 45 minutes
- Providing both personal and clinical care, which may include IV therapy and wound care
- Monitoring patient conditions and escalating cases as necessary.
In this position, you will engage in health promotion initiatives and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower patients in their choice of receiving care at home.
Candidate Profile:
As a registered NMC Nurse with a minimum of three years of experience, you will possess the ability to work independently in a community setting while sharing our dedication to high-quality patient care. You should be compassionate, collaborative, and possess strong communication skills to foster effective relationships with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
Additional Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this mobile role.
