Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at HR Recruit. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our expanding SME in the industrial sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improvement

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Professional
