Job Summary

Avant Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Trainee Sales Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Sales Advisors in achieving reservations, presenting and demonstrating our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Advisors in achieving reservations and sales targets
  • Present and demonstrate our products, show homes, and optional extras to customers
  • Complete customer paperwork in accordance with company policies and GDPR regulations
  • Assist Sales Advisors in managing third-party relationships and marketing recommendations
  • Provide updates to customers on the progress of their homes
  • Build relationships with onsite construction teams and ensure a high standard of presentation
  • Actively contact potential customers and sales leads to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail, hospitality, or face-to-face sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Full training will be provided to ensure you understand all aspects of the home buying process
