We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager at Chancellors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Estate Agency that offers a structured career path and rewards excellence.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
  • You will need to maximise revenues and grow the property register.
  • You will develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • You will maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
  • You will manage the performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings.
  • You will influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan.

Requirements:

  • You will have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
  • You will be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • You will be able to work effectively managing a team.
  • You will be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
  • You will display high standards of service and presentation.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • You will demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
  • You will be a car owner with a full driving licence.
  • You will be insured for business use.
  • You will have the legal right to work in the UK.
