Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and numerate Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and driving growth across multiple hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to optimize revenue streams and improve customer service standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotel stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our hotels remain competitive

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a revenue management role, preferably in a similar size hotel group
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in revenue management software
  • Strong leadership and planning skills, with the ability to motivate and guide hotel teams
