About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team at White & Clayton Recruitment. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total reward programs that drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Total Reward Programs: Design and implement total reward programs that align with the company's business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, benefits packages, incentive plans, and recognition schemes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Work closely with the Head of HR to ensure all reward programs are compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and Enhance Total Reward Offering: Help develop and enhance the company's total reward offering, including soft benefits such as employee assistance schemes, wellbeing, education, and training.
  • Manage Risk Insurance Offerings: Manage and govern risk insurance offerings, including income protection, group life, and private medical schemes.
  • Support Group Pension Schemes: Support the administration, management, and communications of group pension schemes.
  • Address Employee Enquiries: Proactively address employee enquiries and concerns related to compensation and benefits, including the development of appropriate materials.
  • Conduct Benchmarking and Job Evaluation: Conduct benchmarking and develop job evaluation methods to inform compensation and benefits strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in total rewards or payroll, preferably within FMCG.
  • Skills: Proven ability to excel in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, financial modelling and budgeting experience, strong Excel skills, and strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
