Job Summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team at HMP Hull. As a Salaried GP, you will provide face-to-face clinical services to patients, including medical assessment, diagnosis, and management of chronic diseases. You will also be responsible for providing information and advice to patients, facilitating informed choice for ongoing treatment and care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a secure environment, providing high-quality healthcare to vulnerable individuals. As a GP with substance misuse expertise, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with complex health needs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face clinical services to patients, including medical assessment, diagnosis, and management of chronic diseases.
  • Assess and manage patients with complex health needs, including substance misuse.
  • Provide information and advice to patients, facilitating informed choice for ongoing treatment and care.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in continuing professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
