Key Responsibilities- Provide Person-Centred Support: Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and develop flexible and realistic crisis support packages.
- Listen and Empathize: Listen to clients and encourage positive steps towards self-management of crisis and recovery.
- Offer Practical and Emotional Support: Provide advice, information, and practical and emotional support to clients.
- Recognize and Respond to Deteriorating Mental Health: Proactively recognize the indicators of deteriorating mental health and facilitate appropriate action.
- Experience in Clinical Mental Health Services: Minimum of 2 years working in clinical mental health services or settings.
- Supporting Clients in Crisis: Minimum of 2 years supporting clients experiencing severe mental health distress and crisis.
- Managing Challenging Behaviour: Extensive experience of managing challenging behaviour and dealing with clients with complex needs.
- Integrated and Collaborative Working: Experience of integrated and collaborative working.
- Health Coaching Skills: Experience and knowledge of health coaching skills.
- Safeguarding: Experience of managing safeguarding risks and understanding legal requirements for safeguarding adults and children.
