About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IDVA Officer to join our team at Potter Johnson. As a Senior IDVA Officer, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and service support to women with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support face-to-face, via telephone, or email to manage case loads and work.
  • Advise women on their options and signpost them to relevant services, ensuring they can access them.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver training and other initiatives.
