Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team at ISS. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our EMEA sites comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compliance standards across EMEA
  • Gather operational and audit information and maintain it for the SMBC EMEA sites
  • Ensure EMEA PPM tasks are conducted and documented uniformly across all locations
  • Report compliance information from EMEA sites into the ISS UK Tririga/Insight system for SMBC monthly reporting
  • Support H&S alignment and reporting into the UK CRES team
  • Develop local relationships with local teams
  • Develop and maintain the SharePoint filing system with all EMEA site information required for audit and operational purposes
  • Chase local teams for information such as pricing, PPM evidence, etc.
  • Conduct administration tasks to ensure the UK standard is maintained across EMEA
  • Information gathering upon request
  • Client communication and ensuring audit readiness
  • Contractor communication ensuring compliance with SMBC standards and cost-effectiveness
  • Support with other admin-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance coordination and good knowledge of compliance management
  • Experience in statutory compliance (UK) with experience of EMEA compliance and regulations
  • Awareness of project and operational standards and delivery methods
  • Excellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and preferably a CAFM system
