About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Lampton Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our wet facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pool Safety and Supervision: Monitor the pool area at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
  • Pool Maintenance: Conduct regular pool testing and health and safety checks, adhering to RLSS standards and site operation procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean and tidy environment, supporting our centres in providing excellent customer service.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong swimming skills, a passion for swimming, and excellent customer service skills. You should be safety-conscious, vigilant, and able to handle pressurized situations.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
