About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Lampton Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they use our swimming facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to all visitors
  • Conduct regular pool tests and health and safety checks to maintain a safe environment
  • Supervise the pool area and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and tidy facility
  • Develop and maintain strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
