Position Overview:

We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity to become a part of our esteemed Early Talent Team as a Graduate Talent Consultant. This role is based in our Birmingham office and focuses on the execution of our Early Talent initiatives and strategies. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to the organization and serve as a primary resource for matters related to trainees and apprenticeship programs.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an individual with a solid understanding and experience in managing Early Talent initiatives, especially in the realm of apprenticeship programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of apprenticeship frameworks and principles. Your professional background should reflect a successful history of effective time management, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, and engaging in Early Talent recruitment efforts.

To excel in this position, you should possess a genuine passion for the Early Talent sector and a strong commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for both the firm and our Early Talent community.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Relevant academic or professional HR qualifications (such as a degree or CIPD certification) are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in organizing and executing events.
  • Experience in a related legal or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and operational employee relations cases is desirable.
