Position Overview:

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to become a part of our esteemed Early Talent Team as a Graduate Talent Consultant. This role will be pivotal in our Birmingham office, where you will oversee the execution of our Early Talent initiatives and strategies, ensuring exceptional service delivery to the organization while serving as the primary liaison for trainee and apprenticeship inquiries.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an individual with a solid background in managing Early Talent initiatives, particularly in apprenticeship schemes, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of apprenticeship frameworks. Your professional journey should reflect a proven ability to manage time effectively, cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, and engage in Early Talent recruitment processes.

To excel in this position, you should possess a genuine passion for the Early Talent sector, coupled with a strong commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for both the firm and our Early Talent community.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Relevant academic or professional HR qualifications (such as a degree or CIPD certification) are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and executing events successfully.
  • Familiarity with a legal or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of HR processes and operational employee relations cases is desirable.
