**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting senior placements within businesses in the perm market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Recruit senior candidates for permanent positions in the IT industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen candidates to ensure the best fit for our clients
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team

**Requirements**

  • At least 12 months of 360 recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of making senior placements within businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and recruitment market
