About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Unity Trust Bank.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and you will be working in a hybrid environment, with a balance of office and remote work.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that supports the delivery of our People Agenda and strategic objectives.

You will work closely with our CPO, Executive team, and Finance department to agree on a resource plan and manage the overall resource budget.

Key responsibilities include designing and reviewing the employee onboarding experience, managing the talent pipeline, and improving our external employer brand.

You will also be responsible for line managing and coaching our Talent Acquisition Partner, working with HR to upskill Hiring Managers, and developing our applicant tracking system.

Additionally, you will work with our HR Business Partners and CPO to identify talent gaps and develop key relationships with our Recruitment Agency PSL.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in designing materials for recruitment processes
  • Experience designing recruitment processes and working with recruitment tools
  • Experience with apprenticeship schemes
  • Analysis and reporting knowledge
  • Proven experience working in a talent acquisition role
  • Experience designing end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and embedding within an organisation
  • Good understanding of Employment Law
  • Experience of managing a team within a HR discipline
  • Employee screening experience in a regulated environment
  • Recruiting experience from C Suite levels down to entry levels
  • Experience managing recruitment resource budgets
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience of recruitment in a Financial Service environment is desirable
