About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and business support to our Executive Director in a highly regulated environment.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations, managing complex travel arrangements, and providing logistical support to the Executive Director and the broader Executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Interact with Board members, global BSI Executives, and senior-level external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage priorities and actions to meet deadlines and anticipate the needs of upcoming cyclical events.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including collecting necessary documents and managing logistical arrangements.
- Support specific project work as required to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level staff.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external personnel at all levels.
- Ability to adapt and pivot to business and personal needs.
- Ability to offer high-level logistical support.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong initiative, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
