Our client is dedicated to preserving and managing six of the most remarkable historical sites for the benefit of the public.

For over two decades, since their establishment as a charity, they have been focused on enabling everyone to engage with rich narratives and inspire their spirits.

Although these sites have a long-standing history, societal interests are ever-evolving. They recognize the importance of remaining relevant and connected to the community.

Their new initiative, 'A Charity for Everyone', outlines their commitment to broadening their outreach and taking proactive steps for the future.

The planet is currently grappling with significant challenges related to climate change and biodiversity decline.

Our client is acutely aware of their environmental footprint and the urgent need for action to address these issues.

They are committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and are looking to enhance their Sustainability team to support this goal.


The role of Sustainability & Energy Analyst, reporting to the Sustainability Manager, will involve the collection and management of essential data (primarily focusing on energy usage and emissions) to facilitate the execution of the Sustainability Action Plan.

Collaborating with key stakeholders across various sites, both internally and externally, the analyst will identify data sources and implement improved methodologies for managing and presenting information to inform decision-making.


The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in data collection, management, and analysis, with the ability to convey findings through clear and concise reports, offering actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management and visualization tools, such as Power BI, is essential, along with experience in data analysis and report generation/automation, including knowledge of advanced formulas and pivot tables.

A genuine passion for sustainability, a strong drive for success, and excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly in a small team environment, are crucial. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal English skills, along with attention to detail and general IT proficiency, are mandatory.
