Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our patients and staff.

You will work under the supervision of a Sous Chef or Head Chef and will be assigned a particular place on the line. You will have the opportunity to build on any commercial kitchen experience you may have and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals for patients and staff
  • Work efficiently and co-operatively in a team environment
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of baking standards, cooking and grilling techniques
  • Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a talent to learn new recipes and cooking procedures quickly
  • Show great organisation and time management skills
