Key Responsibilities
  • Teach new life skills to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Assist with personal care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and participate in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • A full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
