Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.

- Manage the shop's budget and financial performance.
