Job Title: Consultant Haematologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Haematologist to join our team at NHS Highland. As a Consultant Haematologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of haematology services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnosis, screening, treatment, and management of patients with haematological disorders.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of haematology services, including research, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor with relevant experience at Consultant level.
  • Hold evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK.
  • Pass an enhanced background check (DBS).
