About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Manager. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Supported Living Managers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Support and Inclusion, you will be accountable for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying business growth opportunities within our regions. You will work closely with Supported Living Managers to ensure the active involvement of the people we support and participate in policy reviews and quality checking visits.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving change and moving the business forward. They should be able to lead, manage, and motivate their managers, and have the vision, imagination, and determination to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Supported Living Managers and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and identify business growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Supported Living Managers to ensure the active involvement of the people we support
  • Participate in policy reviews and quality checking visits
