Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled and innovative Head Chef to oversee the culinary direction of our pub. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to locally sourced ingredients and creative cuisine
- Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and food quality
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creative cuisine and menu development
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and health and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
