Job Overview

This position will primarily involve travel across various locations, necessitating flexibility in working hours as we operate around the clock. You will report to the People and Talent Manager while collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and Training Business Partner to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy that aligns with and supports our business goals.
  • Facilitate essential training programs for managers within the organization.
  • Identify specific training needs and provide coaching to Line Managers on HR-related operational issues.
  • Actively engage in team meetings and projects, fostering relationships through visibility and accessibility.
  • Offer expert advice to Line Managers on HR matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships across the organization, providing feedback to management teams to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze labor turnover, exit interviews, and absence statistics, identifying trends and proposing solutions to enhance performance.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Level 5 CIPD qualification (MCIPD). You should have a solid HR background with a proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site, unionized environment. Key attributes include:
