Job Description

Job Title: Concierge Officer - Security and Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Officer to join our team at Vacancy Filler. As a Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and security to our clients and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
  • Work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be proactive and think on your feet.
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
  • Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, and conducting emergency procedures.
  • Have a smart appearance befitting the company.
  • Be confident in undertaking 100% of all specific duties.
  • Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested.

Requirements:

  • SIA CCTV Licence Required
  • SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence required
  • Security and customer service experience is required
  • Must have good command of English language
  • Excellent levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
  • Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
  • Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
  • Flexible in the approach to daily duties
  • Working alongside building management to ensure a welcoming environment for all
  • Enforcing policies and procedures
  • First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonus
  • Must have five years of checkable work history
