Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Framework Delivery Manager to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of required services to clients under our Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the prioritization and delivery of Business as Usual Support, small change, and day 2/framework deliverables for the EQ LGPS framework.
  • Ensure that all activities are run according to agreed best practice standards, providing clear visibility to clients, internal management, and team members.
  • Maintain and enhance project management standards for areas such as project deliverables, client reporting, staff assignments, phases of testing, risk, and quality management.
  • Balance client needs with company requirements and conflicting needs.
  • Develop and maintain internal reporting mechanisms to monitor and escalate issues as necessary, including product functionality, financial profitability, divergences from the agreed plan, and client complaints.
  • Provide management information on performance metrics, including resource utilization, profitability, and quality measures.
  • Act as a point of escalation for framework issues, including client complaints, profitability, risk mitigation, and risk management.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level, with a minimum of two A-level subjects.
  • PMI or other relevant qualification, with part qualification and/or on-training program.
  • Previous line management and project management experience.
  • Experience working with a product development company, ideally in pensions.
  • Comfortable dealing with senior-level pension professionals.
  • Familiarity with consulting, administration, and implementation of systems in the pensions arena.
  • Understanding of DB, DC, CARE, and hybrid pension arrangements.
  • Familiarity with current and planned legislation regarding pensions.
