Property Assistant - UHNW Family Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assistant to join our dynamic Mayfair family office, which manages the affairs of an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the property director with multiple projects, including the management of a diverse property portfolio in London, New York, and the countryside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the property director with project management and coordination
  • Provide administrative support for the property team
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform property investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and vendors

Requirements:

  • Degree educated from a leading university
  • Minimum of two/three years of relevant experience in property or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
