Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Search, a leading global manufacturing business. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and updating our Learning and Development pathway, sharing ideas and innovation on HR processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Conduct HR reviews, return to work interviews, absence management, and facilities management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Learning and Development: Oversee and update our Learning and Development pathway to ensure employees have access to relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Share ideas and innovation on HR processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Leeds office, including coordinating new starter materials and set up functions, liaising with external IT and payroll providers, and ensuring company insurances are up to date.
  • Problem Solving: Provide problem-solving support and work to deadlines to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
