About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Consultant to join our Broker Network Risk & Compliance Team at Bravo Networks.

This exciting opportunity will involve providing network members with compliance support through an annual programme of audit and health-check activities, as well as providing guidance and support on key regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Networks Proposition, including strategy, objectives, operational infrastructure, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with FCA requirements and regulations, anticipating changes or demands that may affect brokers/intermediaries.
  • Conduct visits and audits of allocated members' regulatory processes and systems, identifying issues that pose significant risk to the Bravo Network companies.
  • Provide consultancy guidance and support to members on key general insurance regulatory requirements, helping to embed a compliant culture within Network members.
  • Report on Network member regulatory activity, including the effectiveness of key controls and remedial actions.
  • Perform remote file auditing for participating members, assessing file handling in line with ICOBS rules and guidance.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the FCA and key regulatory regimes applicable to general insurance.
  • Experience of working in a compliance consultancy role within a general insurance intermediary.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practice in compliance and control frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering training.
