**Job Summary**

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new build modular school project in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the project plan and relevant regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the site is a safe working environment for all personnel, and that all necessary safety procedures are in place.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of all works, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Liaise with the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date with project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
